The trio will prepare an exciting 6-course dinner menu for €48 per person on Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th of September, 2017.

Chef Lars Lundø was born in Billund, on the west coast of Denmark. Nowadays he showcases his talent as Head Chef at PONY in Copenhagen and at SommerPony on Bornholm island. He developed his culinary career in several renowned international restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca*** in Girona (Spain) and COI** in San Francisco (USA) before moving to Copenhagen in 2005.
