Your favorite gastronomic event Alex Invites is back for its seventh edition! This time Head Chef of Hoofdstad Brasserie Alex Haupt invites Executive Chef Dale Osborne and Head Chef Pip Sandrey of Aqua Shard in London! The trio will prepare an exciting 6-course dinner menu for €48 per person on Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th of September, 2017.
The three chefs met in 2013 and worked together during their time at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London and Chef Osborne and Chef Sandrey have been working together in different restaurants ever since.
The trio of chefs have a very similar style that makes it perfect for a collaboration. They take the best local ingredients and make dishes that are simple, but rich in flavor.
