Chef Nicolas Scheidt from Belgium
Chef Nicolas Scheidt was born in Haguenau, France and studied English and European Law at the University of London before he had his first professional experience in the world of cooking. In London he developed his culinary career from Commis to Sous Chef. Nowadays he showcases his talent as young rising Chef in Brussels at Le Café des Spores, La Buvette and Hopla Geiss and at his new delicatessen store

with cornichon and lavosh

Lamb rump from the BBQ
lamb sweetbread, spring vegetables, lamb sauce, anchovy
